Several mods have adjustable keys mouse wheel works well if you use a mouse, I personly use V and X, X mapped to my 4th mouse button and V to the space bar, sadly using the 4th of 5th mouse buttons in-game tend to snap the aim to the lower right.

The weapon is kind of cool, but for some reason the boomerang can't be picked up after it's dropped.

Update. Better rotation appearance, and the boomerang doesn't disappear when you die while throwing it. And while it's kinda difficult to do in real life, you can use it with a shield. I'm also working on improving mouse controls.

@Marx047 - Try this download.

@ZevN47 - I don't like specific key bindings. But if that's what the public wants, I guess I'll do it...

Hold FIRE, then use up/down/left/right to move the cursor around and draw a dotted line. Release FIRE to throw the boomerang and watch it follow the line. Toggle between normal mode and draw mode by opening up the pie menu and selecting the AI Gold Dig option.

The idea was inspired by the Zelda Phantom Hourglass/Spirit Tracks boomerang, where you draw a line with the stylus. Except I think this is cooler. Major thanks to Grif for Lua help, without him this would have been released a month later, or never.

Hmm, I'm going to use this on Weegee's Citadel mission.

EDIT: Bug fix. The boomerang on draw mode would multiply in an actor's inventory if it was controlled by AI and used it, now that's fixed.

It has a length of 600 pixels, but is adjustable in "Electro Boomer.rte/Scripts/ElectroBoomerDraw.lua". There's a large box full of adjustable variables you can change with ease.

This made me thing of the boomerang in LoZ:OOT and an idea popped into my head. You could make the boomerang pickup items. That way, in draw mode, you could deliver grenades back to your foes =P
